Talk to an Ayurvedic skin care expert
Chat on WhatsApp with an empanelled Ayurvedic doctor or a Mayukh skin care advisor about your skin, your ritual and the range. Your first five messages are free.
How a consult works
- Ask for an expert on WhatsApp. Say you would like to talk to an expert, or tap Yes when we offer one.
- An expert takes your chat. You wait in the same chat until an expert is free. Their messages come to you from the Mayukh number. A doctor shows their degree and registration number; an advisor is shown as a Mayukh skin care advisor.
- The first five messages are free. The free part is five messages from the expert, or 15 minutes from when they take your chat, whichever comes first. Each message shows how many free ones are left.
- Then 20 minutes for ₹149, if you want them. To keep talking, pay with the button in the chat. The 20 minutes start once the payment is through, and each message shows the minutes left. If you do not pay within 30 minutes the consult ends; paying within 24 hours opens it again.
Payments run in Razorpay test mode during our pilot: no real money is taken.
What to ask
Which ritual suits how your skin looks and feels, how to use a formula, what to use in which season, whether a mini is a good place to start. The expert can send you a formula's card in the chat, and you can pre-order it there.
What a consult is not
A consult is a conversation about skin care, on WhatsApp. It is not an examination, and the expert will not prescribe medicines. For a skin condition that needs care, or anything that worries you, see a doctor in person.
