About these terms
This website is run by Mayukh ("we"). By using it or placing an order, you agree to these terms, with our shipping, returns and privacy policies.
Pre-orders
The Mayukh range is launching soon, and every order placed now is a pre-order. You pay when you order, we hold it, and it ships when the range launches. No dispatch date is promised. You can cancel before it ships for a full refund; see returns and refunds.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. Shipping, if any, is shown before you pay. Payments are made through Razorpay by UPI, card or net banking. During our pilot, payments run in Razorpay test mode: no real money is taken, and test-mode orders are not shipped.
If a price on the site is wrong, we will tell you before your order ships and you can choose to go ahead at the right price or cancel for a full refund.
Our products and what we say about them
Our formulas are cosmetics. What we write about them describes how skin looks and feels; it is not medical advice, and our products are not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Try a new formula on a small patch of skin first, and stop using it if your skin reacts.
The skin report and consults
The free skin report is a look at what is visible in your photo. It is not a diagnosis. A consult is a chat about skin care with an empanelled Ayurvedic doctor or a Mayukh skin care advisor on WhatsApp; it is not a medical examination, and no medicines are prescribed. Messages on WhatsApp
When you give us your WhatsApp number at checkout, you agree that we may message you there about your order. When you message us first, you agree that we may reply and follow up on what you asked. Say stop at any time and we stop.
Using this site
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, to get at other people's information, or to place orders in someone else's name. The words, photographs, films and design on this site belong to Mayukh; you may share links to it, but not copy its content to sell or pass off as your own.
Our responsibility
We take care to make the site accurate and keep it running, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Where the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us or our Grievance Officer, the courts of India have jurisdiction. See grievance redressal.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you order is the one that applies to that order.
